One of the significant indicators for evaluation of the Population's operation is to appraise the weight of person/hour in the submitted projects. Since training and educational affairs is of the essential goals of this Population, the budget allocated to such issues by itself do not truly represents the power and efficiency of those activities, as the tutors and teachers of the educational courses are usually the reliable university students, though running this project by the help of voluntary members, is cost not much expenses for the Population. Therefore the p/h rate indicates the importance of the educational programs for the group.

As it is shown in the chart below, in 2011, IAPSRS volunteers has spent more than two third of their time in Iranian Houses and for education. It is in that IAPSRS has emphasized its latest strategy on education and opening new Iranian Houses in deprived vicinities in the country. For example, in 2010, IAPSRS had only 2 Iranian houses; however, in 2011, the society had 7 Iranian houses in Tehran deprived areas and has planned to have more Iranian houses in Tehran and other cities of Iran.
