Chapter one: Generalities & Goals

 

Article 1:

 

Name: “Imam Ali’s Popular Students Relief Society”

 

Article 2:

 

Type of Activity: Imam Ali’s Popular Students Relief Society is non-political, non-trading and non-profit and shall perform as per the statutes exactly while observing the rules and regulations of I.R.I. meanwhile, this society is deemed as the kind of institutes mentioned in clause A of Art. 2 of amendment by-law of registration of non-trading organizations and institutes approved July 27, 1958, subject of articles 584 & 585 of the commercial law.

 

Article 3:

 

Head Office: No. 13, Shahid Rezaei Bldg., Sharif University of Technology, Azadi St.,

And if necessary it can establish the branch, agency and office after consent of authorities that issue the license in other points inside and outside the country.

Article 4

 

Nationality: Iranian and all of its members follows the regulations of I.R.I and has not right to perform political activities against the political groups.

 

Article 5

 

Activity Duration: is infinite as of establishment

 

Article 6

Primary assets of the society both movable and immovable is for the sum of Rls.1,000,000/- paid fully by the board of founders and is given to the society.

 

Note: after establishment, board of founders is not responsible in the Society.

Article 8

 

A-Goals of the society:

 

1- Researching, studying and providing the practical strategies to deal with the social problems in relation to felon children, escapee children, gamins, labor children, deprived and poor families, women who are custody of the household, problems of the cancer suffering children for achieving the higher standards of living.

2- Propagating of opinions and actual practice of prophets in paying attention to each other, protecting the orphan and poor people, preventing discrimination   by means of seminars, conferences and relevant programs.      

3- Relieving people who suffer from unemployment, hunger and lack of education, particularly women and young people. 

4- Making assistance to victims of unexpected accidents such as flood, famine and earthquake materially or immaterially allover the world

5- Promoting of altruism culture in societies throughout the world on compressive basis.

 

B: Programs of Imam Ali Society to achieve the goals:

 

1-     Holding seminars, conferences and lecture in connection with the social problems especially above cases.

2-     Defining and providing the research services related to the goals

3-     Carrying out the plans by using the national and regional by-laws of Iran and other countries for reliving the poor.

4-     Collecting essential information about the conditions of deprived families including  their basic problems and initial needs (recognition of the poor)

5-     Relieving the known persons in the field of facilities in the following fields:

 

A:  Catering the foodstuff required for deprived families                         

B: Offering vocational counseling, developing their employment and finding new job opportunities. In some cases we offer home jobs and the required places or equipment for work for our covered families.

C: Providing of educational services for the covered families by getting help from expert teachers, professors and trainers.

D: Offering essential trainings and guide to the covered families and staff in order to empower the families and promote their quality of living.

 

6-  Providing technical & installations services for departments such as hospital, employment workshops, bathroom and mosque in the required regions.

Article 9

 

Plans, Programs and other actions

 

Plans, Programs and other actions predicted in the articles of association that relate to the duties of one of ministries or state organizations in a way that will be executed after agreement and under supervision of related ministry or state organization.

 

Article 10

 

The members' activity such as board of founder, general meeting, managing director, his/her successor and inspectors are volunteering and rewarding any kind of facilities of Imam Ali Society for the members is authorized.

 

Note: Board of trustees can consider for the members of Imam Ali Society at most 10% of income of Imam Ali Society as the salary and bonus with regard to the full-time activity of the managing director due to their double effort.
